Backyard Drainage & Side Access Transformation
Before
The backyard was prone to constant flooding, the retaining timbers were rotting, and the side of the house was difficult to access. The collapsing fence line and uneven ground made the space both unappealing and impractical for everyday use.
During
We excavated the entire area, installed a new underground drainage system, and levelled the site to redirect water away from the home. This included laying new stormwater pipes, backfilling with gravel for stability, and preparing a strong foundation for the new retaining wall and concrete pathway.
After
The space was transformed with a solid block retaining wall, new drainage grates, and a clean, durable concrete walkway. The side of the house is now fully usable, safe, and low-maintenance, with proper drainage to prevent future flooding. The result is a clean, functional, and long-lasting outdoor upgrade.
